lelabofragrances.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Le Labo Holding LLC, a Delaware LLC with offices at 7 Corporate Center Drive, Melville, NY 11747, USA. Le Labo Holding LLC is a subsidiary of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.

By placing an order for Products on the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. Placing an order counts as electronic signature confirming your order and the amount due. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older to buy Products.

  • If under 18, parental consent is required.

  • Orders are limited to people who can legally form contracts.

2. Product Information Accuracy

  • We take care to ensure Product details and images are correct at the time of posting.

  • Images are illustrative only; packaging may vary.

  • Colors may differ depending on your device.

  • Prices, availability, and information may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if there are errors or inaccuracies.

3. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may change. The version at the time of your order applies.

  • If changes materially affect your order, we will contact you and let you cancel if needed.

4. Merchant of Record

  • Orders are processed either by us or a Local Affiliate in your delivery country.

  • You enter into a contract with the Local Affiliate if applicable.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are set by the Local Affiliate and shown in local currency (USD/EUR/GBP).

  • Taxes and shipping are added at checkout:

    • USA: exclusive of sales tax

    • Europe & UK: VAT inclusive

  • Prices may change; we may cancel orders for errors.

  • Payment is via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

  • Cards are authorized at checkout, charged upon shipment.

  • Risk transfers to you on shipment; ownership transfers once payment is complete.

6. Placing an Order

  • Add Products to your basket and follow checkout.

  • You can review and edit your order before confirming.

  • Orders are confirmed when you receive a Dispatch Confirmation email.

  • Orders may be canceled for out-of-stock items, errors, or payment issues.

  • Perfumes and candles cannot be canceled or changed due to personalization.

7. Returns & Cancellations

USA Customers:

  • Most Products are hand-prepared and personalized, so returns are generally not accepted.

  • Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at our cost.

UK Customers:

  • You may cancel within 30 days of delivery, except for personalized items.

  • Products must be returned in original, sealed packaging (unless defective).

  • Refunds include the Product price and delivery costs (least expensive method).

  • Exchanges are processed as a new contract; if unavailable, a refund is issued.

  • Legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply for faulty or misdescribed Products.

France & Other Countries:

  • Right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, except for personalized or sealed items.

  • Refunds issued once returned Products are received in good condition.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Alcohol-based items (perfumes) are restricted in some countries.

  • Shipping timelines:

    • USA: UPS Ground, 1 week (samples via USPS, 8-10 days)

    • UK: UK-Mail, 2-3 days (samples via Royal Mail, 3-5 days)

    • France: Colissimo, 2-3 days (samples via La Poste, 3-5 days)

    • Rest of World: DHL, 5-10 days (samples via Royal Mail, 10-15 days)

9. Purchase Limits

  • Max 8 units per Product and 14 units total per order.

  • Max 3 orders per customer per day.

  • Products and samples are for personal use only; resale is prohibited.

10. Liability

  • We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our negligence.

  • Not liable for business losses, commercial use, or indirect damages.

  • Legal liability for personal injury or fraud is not excluded.
